1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right
To withdraw, inform us of your decision by email at office@gloxareloiophio.world. You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission, but it is not mandatory.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible. We may reduce the refund if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. food supplements). If you have opened the product, we may not be able to accept a return for hygiene reasons. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
6. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at office@gloxareloiophio.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
